I Think I Could Get Used To This :)

We will soon be reaping that of which we did not sow... well in a way. Iversons have a beautiful garden and soon we will have peaches, apples, raspberries, and strawberries and I am so excited. I do have to say We have done our part with this garden too! A while ago Brady planted some peas and potatoes and last night I planted cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes. I really like gardening and didn't even know it. I can hardly wait til something comes. Super excited to have my own cucumbers mmm. I just like being out there in the garden, its fun. But as you should know my husband has a passion for gardening and fortunately its rubbing off on me too:)

Here are our pea plants. Growing so fast too.

Night with the roomies!

Friday night I met my roommates in American Fork for Dinner. We were celebrating Becca getting married so we took her to dinner to Olive Garden. We have not all been together since my wedding day. It was a blast to see everyone and catch up. Let me tell you, I lived with some silly girls for a year. I love them, we had so much fun. Oh and by the way Becca is the one closest to the camera on the left.
Oh and just an FYI I would not advise you to take the Lehi exit to get to American Fork if you are not familiar with the town, you will get lost:) Those directions were given by good old map quest, not reliable in my book any more. Ashley and I got lost actually twice that night, night to remember for sure.

Ashley got two bowls of soup? hmm...

And for the record...

I love swinging!
Brady and I put up the swings in the backyard yesterday and we played on them for quite awhile.I decided that swinging is a good stress reliever, I should take advantage of this more often.

Saw this quote and had to share...

Living Life
Life is not a race-but indeed a journey. Be honest. Work hard. Be choosy. Say "thank you", "I love you" and "Great job" to someone each day. Go to church, take time for prayer. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh. Let your handshake mean more than pen and paper. Love your life and what you have been given, it is not accidental. Search for your purpose and do it as best you can.
Dreaming does matter. It allows you to become that which you aspire to be. Laugh often. Appreciate the little things in life and enjoy them. Some of the best things really are free. Do not worry, less wrinkles are more becoming. Forgive, it frees the soul. Take time for yourself. Plan for longevity. Recognize the special people you have been blessed to know. Live for today and enjoy the moment.

So Much...

I feel as though I have so much to be thankful for right now. Life is going good. And I feel like sometimes when life is going good we forget to recognize all we are thankful for(or at least I do).
I am thankful for...
-My husband Brady and his excitement for just about everything in life. He makes me laugh everyday.I couldn't imagine life without him. Love this guy so much.
-The relationships I have with both my and Brady's family, they are the best and I always love being with them.
-My mom and dad, two of my bestest friends. Love them so much, couldn't have been where I am today without them. They have always been the best examples for me.
-The beautiful house we have to live in right now, we are so spoiled. Thanks Ned and Linda for letting us stay here. And I love that there is a piano here.
-The Scriptures, they seriously get me through every day.
-My health
-The Temple
-My job at The Bike Shoppe, its not always fun but I am thankful to have a job and for the awesome people I work with. I have learned alot about myself working there.
-Education, homework is not always the funnest but I love learning new things everyday and grateful that we have an opportunity to go to school.
-Music, especially when Brady is singing or playing the guitar.(or both)Its my favorite.
-Friends, That have always been there for me and helped shape me into who I am today,Thanks.
Brady and I seriously are so blessed and lately I have felt so grateful for everything I have.

A MOMENT TO LAUGH AT FOR SURE

We had stake conference yesterday, it was a broadcast for all the stakes in Davis county. Brady and I had the opportunity to go to the conference center and watch it live. We rode down to Salt Lake with my parents. We parked at my dad's work and walked about four blocks or so. Well anyway, we were just walking along in downtown Salt Lake City and trying to hurry because of the wind and the cold when I realized something was lying at my feet... my skirt! I guess I didnt fasten my skirt properly that morning, none the less I lost it. I hurried and pulled it up and started laughing(as was Brady). My parents were in front of us and turned around and realized we were far behind laughing uncontrollably. I was crying out of laughter. Luckily I did have a slip on underneath but I bet I made some peoples(driving and walking by) day a bit more amusing. I kept checking to make sure my skirt was still where it ought to be the rest of the day.
