Ok so I got this along time ago but I just read it and remembered how much I love it so I thought I would post it because everyone should read it. I know its long but worth your time.

Treat others with respect. Teach others how to treat you with respect.
Practice being assertive in the shower, water wont talk back. Be refreshingly sincere.
Teach. educate. Facilitate. Learn.Learn. Smile. GRow. Love . Pause. Laugh.
Love yourself. Smile at who you see in the mirror.If they dont smile back- get a new mirror.
Dont expect praise to bring you happiness.Give praises to others. Tip 20%.
Always say thank you.
Dont complain. Speak positively of others or not at all.Never speak negatively of your boss. Silence is golden.
Take time to be quiet. Pray. Pray for those you hate as well as those you love.Pray for yourself. Find faith when you feel you least deserve it.Be faithful to others. Dont give up on people. The ones that push you away are the ones that need you to be the closest.Dont shut your door.
Value time, the weeks, months, years, days hours, minutes seconds, even the moments become your life.
Boredom is not a state of mind. its a state of not using your mind.
take longer showers, especially when visiting relatives.
Never honk your horn at the car stopped in front of you at a stop light. How you spend your time is the only true measurement of your priorities in life.
Take vacation time. Eat cheerios every morning.Sing loudly into your car stereo on your way to work.Roll down the windows, sing louders.Play at work. Eat lunch, walk at lunch time.
Listen to the birds sing. watch the flowers grow. God does great work.
Love yourself enough to take care of your mind, spirit and body. Balance work and play.
Expand your mind. Mind your own business.Start your own business.Be aware of your talents and give of them freely.Rip up your charge cards. why pay interest?
Take charge of your future. Earn interest.
