At young Womens tonight we were all just chatting. One of my lovely beehives brought a scrapbook she made of various young women activities( camps, youth conference, weekly activites) for her knowledge project for personal progress. We were all looking through it and commenting on how nice it looked. In all of this talk about "Knowledge" projects and such she turned to me showing me that the scrapbook binder was green(knowledge value color) and said:" Sister Knowledge, look at my binder Its green!" I was so flattered, these were words I never thought I would hear in my life. We all laughed really hard and I am now referred to among my Beehives as Sister Knowledge. I am feeling pretty knowledgeable right now, which probably wont last long at all. But might as well soak that in while I have it right?
Oh how I just love my young women! They are all so beautiful. They are teaching me all the time and are amazing girls.

Halloween...What a weekend!
Griffin Party!!!!
The Griffin family had a Halloween party at Brady's parents house on Friday night. We had soup for dinner in cute bread bowls(I wish I had pics of all this). Then we played some funny games and watched an episode of Thunder Cats. Here is everyone all dressed up:

Brady and I were dressed as Ellie and Carl from the Disney Pixar movie UP. We were them when they were little kids.
We have been anticipating these costumes for just about a year now! I bring you ...
THE THUNDER CATS!!!!!
I really didnt know what the Thunder Cats were until last year when the kids starting planning what they were going to be for Halloween. If you dont know, Its an 80's cartoon.
They all looked so great! Kati's kids were so excited. We even got to watch the Thunder Cats on TV that night at the party.
Here is our Cute witch Lori with the bad guy Isaac.
Here is Tanner's girlfriend, Megan. She was a Richard Simmons Success Story.
We had such a fun time! For dessert Kati made some yummy pumpkin whoopie pies!!
On Saturday night my family had a party at my sister Liza's house. It was also very fun. we ate soups for dinner and played some good games with the family.
Here are all the wonderful costumes:

Here we are again!
Here is Fred and Wilma Flintstone!!! Mom and Dad looked so cute! And Dad has got his black hair back, nice touch.
Here is Victor Crumb and Hermione Granger and their cute little Monkey.
Logan and Deborah, cutest skeletons I have ever seen!
Cleopatra and The Rocker!
I didn't get any good pictures of Liza's kids because they were trick or treating in the rain and got all wet and had taken their costumes off by the time we saw them cause they were freezing.
Here is the gang! Grandma Melba came so that was really fun to have her there.
Brady and I made a pumpkin vegetable tray. We were pretty proud of it too:)

Any shoe lovers out there?
Do you love shoes? Well just minutes ago I found an amazing website(im sorry I dont know how to link it on here), that you should go visit immediately! Its whatapair.com. There are all sorts of shoes, boots and flats. They are at very much reduced prices, some not so much, but others are like five or ten bucks! Its probably on my top 15 favorite websites now. I may be just saying this because I am tired and so excited at the moment but what is there to lose,go check it out!

Full of Fun Friday
Last night was a super fun night. Brady and I went to Lagoon for a couple of hours right when it opened. We went to some of the frightmares haunted houses and went on a couple rides. We also got to go to a hypnotist show that they had going on there, it was hilarious.
Afterwards our friends Jace and Tiffany came over and we carved pumpkins. I forget how much fun it is.
Jace and Tiffany brought over a brand new electric knife. We all thought it would be perfect for carving pumpkins. After Jace cut the top off of his pumpkin(which took about ten min), the poor knife had done its duty. It was burnt out, it was pretty funny cause they were so excited to use it.

And this one?

I did it ! Whoop de doo:)
So Brady and my brother Logan play on a co-ed soccer team every Monday night. They have loved every single minute of it. Well I am a true fan of theirs, I bring my chair and occasionally some treats. Its really fun to watch them. Like I said its really FUN to WATCH!
Tonight was their last game of the season. About an hour before the game we found out that two of the girls were not going to be able to make it to the game. There has to be equal number of guys to girls on the field. Two girls missing really equals four less vital players on the field. So of course I was talked in to playing with them and we called a lady in my ward who came and played too. Mind you I dont play soccer, never really have. They told me that if I just stood on the field I would be doing my job. Some people in this league are sort of "dirty" players( at my perspective) so I was scared. It was really quite funny, you could tell I was not a soccer player. I had longer shorts on with shin guards and super long soccer socks , you could not see a bit of my legs and I dont own cleats. So all together I think some of the people on the team were a little worried by the looks of me.
Logan just told me to do what he did, when he moved up so did I etc. I was so nervous! My parents were there, they were not about to miss this once in a lifetime game. I did have some pretty decent blocks though. I think I may have even contributed to the team. Brady said he was really Proud of me and that I exceeded his expectations. When we got home he was so happy and just kept saying; " you played soccer with me, I cant believe it!". Well yep I did , ha !
